Что делает assist
- Читает почту владельца, входящие и отправленные, и рабочие чаты Telegram, которые владелец сам разрешил читать. Находит в них договорённости: кто, кому, что и к какому сроку.
- Собирает договорённости в один список. Письмо с актом или оплатой закрывает нужную запись.
- По будням утром присылает владельцу сводку в личный чат с ботом в Telegram: что просрочено, что на сегодня и кому пора напомнить.
- Готовит черновики напоминаний. Их видит только владелец: assist ничего не отправляет контрагентам, ни писем, ни сообщений.
Для кого
assist — личное приложение одного пользователя, своего владельца. Регистрации нет, другие люди не могут подключить к нему свои аккаунты. Приложение разрабатывает BBTRD (bbtrd.ru).
Какие данные Google использует assist
Только доступ на чтение к Gmail владельца (scope gmail.readonly): текст и служебные данные писем (отправитель, получатели, тема, дата, имена файлов вложений). assist не может отправлять, изменять или удалять письма и не запрашивает доступ к чужим аккаунтам. Перед обработкой ИИ адреса почты, телефоны, ссылки на мессенджеры, имена людей и названия компаний заменяются условными метками. Подробности — в политике конфиденциальности.
Соответствие правилам Google
Использование assist и передача в любое другое приложение информации, полученной от API Google, соответствует Google API Services User Data Policy, включая требования Limited Use. Данные Google не продаются, не используются для рекламы и для обучения ИИ-моделей общего назначения.
assist работает с текстом писем и сообщений. Он не создаёт, не редактирует и не распространяет изображения, видео или любые интимные изображения. API Google не используются для создания с помощью ИИ интимных изображений людей без их согласия (NCII) и для любых других целей, нарушающих Google APIs Terms of Service.

What assist does
- Reads the owner's email, incoming and sent, and the work Telegram chats the owner has explicitly allowed it to read. Finds commitments in them: who promised what to whom and by when.
- Keeps all commitments in one list. An email with a completion certificate or a payment closes the matching entry.
- On weekday mornings sends the owner a digest in a private Telegram chat with the bot: what is overdue, what is due today and whom it is time to remind.
- Prepares draft reminders. Only the owner sees them: assist sends nothing to the owner's contacts, neither emails nor messages.
Who it is for
assist is a personal, single-user app used only by its owner. There is no sign-up, and other people cannot connect their accounts to it. The app is developed by BBTRD (bbtrd.ru).
Google user data used by assist
Only read-only access to the owner's Gmail (scope gmail.readonly): message text and metadata (sender, recipients, subject, date, attachment file names). assist cannot send, modify or delete email and does not request access to anyone else's account. Email addresses, phone numbers, messenger links, names of people and names of companies are replaced with placeholders before any text is processed by AI. Details are in the privacy policy.
Compliance with Google policies
assist's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not sold, not used for advertising and not used to train generalized AI or ML models.
assist works with the text of emails and messages. It does not generate, edit or distribute images, video or any intimate imagery. assist does not use Google APIs to create AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) or for any other purpose that violates the Google APIs Terms of Service.
Status
